Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Fazaa Elite will issue refunds for membership fees.

1. Membership Fee Refunds

At Fazaa Elite, we strive to provide exceptional value and service to our members. Please review our refund policy carefully:

2. Cooling-Off Period

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of membership purchase. During this period, you may request a full refund of your membership fee if you have not used any membership benefits or redeemed any offers.

To request a refund during the cooling-off period, you must:

  • Submit a written refund request to [email protected]
  • Include your full name, membership number, and the date of purchase
  • Return any physical membership cards issued to you (if applicable)

3. After the Cooling-Off Period

After the 14-day cooling-off period, membership fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider partial refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Serious Illness or Medical Condition: If you develop a serious medical condition that prevents you from using your membership, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Documentation from a medical professional will be required.
  • Relocation Outside the UAE: If you permanently relocate outside the United Arab Emirates, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Proof of relocation (such as visa documentation or employment contract) will be required.

Partial refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, taking into account the remaining duration of your membership and any benefits already used.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • If you have used any membership benefits or redeemed any offers
  • If your membership has been terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions
  • If you simply change your mind after the cooling-off period
  • If you are dissatisfied with specific partner establishments or offers

5. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase
  • Processing time may take up to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider
  • Any applicable processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation of your membership does not automatically entitle you to a refund. If you wish to cancel your membership without requesting a refund, you may do so at any time by contacting our customer service team. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

7. Partner Establishment Purchases

This refund policy applies only to Fazaa Elite membership fees. Purchases made at partner establishments are subject to the refund policies of those establishments. Fazaa Elite is not responsible for processing refunds for products or services purchased from our partners.

8. Promotional or Complimentary Memberships

Memberships obtained through promotional offers, competitions, or as complimentary gifts are not eligible for cash refunds.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
